Personal: Volunteer somewhere
Result: My school has a phenomenal drama department headed by Ms. Peoples. This weekend, her students were putting on the play "Knights of the Rad Table." She had asked our staff for volunteers at our last faculty meeting. When I drew this card on Sunday, I knew I should volunteer to help.I texted Ms. Peoples and she said she could use help in the ticket booth on Saturday night. I got there at 6:00 pm and got to hang with the kids back stage before I reported to the ticket booth. I was paired with Ms. P's mom in the ticket booth. She's a real nice lady. We sold $450.00 worth of tickets. Quite impressive for a middle school play. The best part of it all was that I got to watch the play after my volunteering. The show was great. Our students did a really good job.
